Installation

This guide will help you download, install, and activate Easy Invoice Pro on your WordPress website.

Even if you are completely new to WordPress, follow the steps below one by one and you will be ready in a few minutes.

📌 Important Before You Start

Easy Invoice Pro is an addon plugin.

That means:

  • ✅ Easy Invoice Free plugin is REQUIRED
  • ✅ Easy Invoice Pro works on top of the free plugin
  • ❌ Pro plugin alone will NOT work by itself

So first install the free version, then install Pro.

✅ Step 1: Download Easy Invoice Pro

After purchasing Easy Invoice Pro, you need to download the Pro plugin ZIP file.

Download steps

  1. Go to: https://store.mantrabrain.com/account
  2. If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password / Lost Password link on the login page
  3. Enter your purchase email address
  4. Check your inbox for the password reset email
  5. ⚠️ Sometimes the reset email may arrive in your Junk / Spam folder, so please check there as well if you do not see it in your inbox within a few minutes
  6. Reset your password and login again
  7. Login using the email address you used during purchase
  8. Open your Account / Downloads section
  9. Find Easy Invoice Pro
  10. Click Download
  11. Save the ZIP file to your computer

⚠️ Important: Do NOT unzip the file. Keep it as .zip.

You will upload this ZIP directly into WordPress.

✅ Step 2: Install the Free Easy Invoice Plugin

Please follow these exact WordPress dashboard steps carefully:

  1. Login to your WordPress Admin Dashboard
  2. From the left sidebar, click Plugins
  3. Click Add New Plugin
  4. In the search box on the top right, type Easy Invoice
  5. Find the Easy Invoice plugin
  6. Click Install Now
  7. Wait for installation to finish
  8. Click Activate

Once activated, keep this plugin active because Pro depends on it.

✅ Step 3: Upload Easy Invoice Pro ZIP

Now let’s install the Pro plugin step by step.

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin
  2. Click the Upload Plugin button at the top of the page
  3. Click Choose File
  4. Select the Easy Invoice Pro ZIP file you downloaded from your MantraBrain account
  5. Click Install Now
  6. Wait until WordPress finishes uploading and installing
  7. Click Activate Plugin

🎉 That’s it — Pro is now installed and ready.

✅ Step 4: Verify Both Plugins Are Active

Go to:
Plugins → Installed Plugins

Make sure BOTH of these are active:

  • ✅ Easy Invoice (Free)
  • ✅ Easy Invoice Pro

Both plugins must stay active for Pro features to work.

✅ Step 5: Activate Your Pro License Key

After installing the Pro plugin, the next important step is activating your license.

Please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Go to https://store.mantrabrain.com/account
  2. Login with your purchase email
  3. Open the Licenses or Orders / License Keys section
  4. Copy your Easy Invoice Pro License Key

Now go back to your WordPress website:

  1. Login to your WordPress Admin Dashboard
  2. From the left sidebar, open Easy Invoice
  3. Click License
  4. Paste your copied license key into the license field
  5. Click Activate License

✅ Once activated, your Pro plugin will receive:

  • automatic updates
  • premium features access
  • license validation
  • future compatibility updates
  • support eligibility

✅ Step 6: Start Using Pro Features

After activation, go to the Easy Invoice menu inside your WordPress dashboard.

🔄 How to Update Easy Invoice Pro

Easy Invoice Pro supports automatic updates once your license key is activated.

✅ Automatic update (recommended)

After activating your license key from: Easy Invoice → License

WordPress will automatically show new plugin updates inside: Dashboard → Updates or Plugins → Installed Plugins

To update automatically

  1. Login to your WordPress Admin Dashboard
  2. Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins
  3. Find Easy Invoice Pro
  4. If a new version is available, click Update Now
  5. Wait until WordPress completes the update

✅ Your settings and existing data will remain safe.

🛠 Manual update (alternative method)

If automatic updates are not showing for any reason, you can still manually update.

  1. Login to https://store.mantrabrain.com/account
  2. Download the latest Easy Invoice Pro ZIP
  3. In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin
  4. Upload the latest ZIP file
  5. WordPress will ask to replace the existing plugin
  6. Click Replace Current with Uploaded
  7. Wait for the installation to finish

✅ Your settings should remain safe after manual update as well.
